While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we stand behind the quality of our goods. You may qualify for a replacement or a store credit if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect.
To qualify for an exception, you must:

· Provide clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

5. Shipping and Processing Errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
