I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. Long ago while I run a gym and a salon, I began learning about and experimenting with natural skincare and hair care products. This range of herbal products like natural oils for spa, creams for massage and powders for face packs, were introduced at the salon. I pushed myself to research and enhance my knowledge about the making of products. The sheer drive and interest that this brought out in me, made me realize that this was what I wanted to do for life.

There began the idea of Kavita’s Herbals. A small-time business at home soon blossomed into a full-time establishment by the year 2007. In 2008, the company was registered.

Kavita Jaisinghani holds a Diploma in Herbal Cosmetics and a Diploma in Aromatherapy. As the head of Kavita’s Herbals, her constant endeavor is to develop newer and better researched products with wide range of uses.

Our first outreach was setting up stalls at different exhibitions and distributing products at events. These events were instrumental in introducing our brand to the market and with time, we gained considerable exposure and earned the goodwill of customers.

Touching lives

Kavita’s Herbals was recommended to actress Simple Kapadia who was struggling with hairfall and had rheumatic pains due to cancer treatment. She used Kavita’s Herbal Hair Oil and Liniment Plus pain oil and the results she witnessed were tremendous. This is a case story that is really close to our heart, it not only introduced our brand to a larger audience but also established the genuinely therapeutic qualities of our products.

An equal-opportunity workforce

Our intention has always been to give everyone the chance to work and the opportunity of desirable work. We grow because the people working for us grow. 50% of our workforce are women. Coming from a simple business background, our work-culture is very simple and home like. While, we follow all the norms of SME businesses and semi-corporates we intend to keep our work space as close knit as a family.

Why Ayurveda?

Ayurveda has actually been a constant part of Indian lives since ancient times. In the form of ‘home remedies’ we resort to ayurvedic measures for both cure and care. In the past, it constituted the basic use of herbs as raw products. In today’s time, we have gone further and use herbs in more refined forms to reap maximum benefits and effectiveness. Ayurvedic remedies work wonders in curing diseases from the root, it is based on the concept of long lasting wellness. Our aim is to develop products that will eliminate the problem from the root and offer long term solutions through regular application.

Research & Development

Kavita’s Herbals is a completely research-based brand. We have an R&D team of six, developing novel products in ayurvedic and herbal cosmetics. In the near future, we will be launching some interesting and highly essential products for health, skin, and hair. In the light of the recent pandemic, our R&D is also developing immunity boosters and hygiene products for the betterment of society at large.

Flying Higher

After a couple of years in business, Kavita’s Herbals won the IndiaMart national award for business as well as a number of other national and international awards. These marked significant turning points in our journey and brought us our first export client. Ever since, there has been no looking back.
